Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
The short version. You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. The writing is my honest view and experience, not professional advice, so check anything important before relying on it. Please do not copy whole articles or misuse the forms.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of admirrusidovic.co.uk (the "site"), the personal website of Admir Rusidovic, based in Manchester, United Kingdom ("I", "me", "my"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
How personal data is handled is covered separately in the privacy notice and the cookies page.
Contact: hello@admirrusidovic.co.uk.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malware or anything else harmful;
- use automated tools to submit forms, or send spam, abusive or unlawful content through them;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, including to train AI models, without written permission;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
I may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and I cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors.
3. The content is not professional advice
The articles, course outlines, downloads and other content on this site share my experience and opinions about running a business, technology and artificial intelligence. They are for general information only and are not legal, financial, tax, data protection, security or other professional advice.
I take care to check facts and link to sources, but things change quickly, especially in AI and regulation, and I cannot guarantee that everything is complete, accurate or up to date. Before making a decision that matters to your business, take advice from a suitably qualified professional. Figures and examples, including those from my own businesses, describe particular situations and are not promises of any result.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site, including the writing, design, graphics, photographs, downloads and code, is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may read it, print or save copies for your own use, share links to it, and quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.
- Free downloads such as checklists and worksheets may be used within your own business. Please do not resell them or pass them off as your own.
- You may not republish whole articles, or substantial parts of them, or use the content commercially, without my written permission.
Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
5. My businesses and promotions
I run Manchester PC and WebProjectUK and build Step Into AI. The site promotes these businesses and my courses, and those promotions are clearly labelled, for example "My company" or "Course". When I write about a product or service I have a commercial interest in, I say so. I do not accept payment for reviews or editorial coverage.
Any purchase from one of my businesses, or of a course once courses are on sale, is made under that business's own terms, which will be shown to you before you pay. Joining a waiting list does not commit you to buying anything.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, including sources, research and my own businesses. I am not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites I do not control, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on that site.
7. What you send me
When you use a form or email me, please only send information you are happy for me to read and keep as described in the privacy notice. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. If you send me an idea or suggestion, I may use it freely, but I will never publish your message, name or details without your permission.
8. Liability
The site is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of where you live, and bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: hello@admirrusidovic.co.uk, or use the contact form.
A note on this document. It is written in plain English to describe how this website works. It is not legal advice.
